Amazing Company Support - Trada

I just got a late christmas present from one of the companies we worked with earlier this year, Trada (www.trada.com).  Trada is doing some pretty interesting things in regards to allowing companies to outsource adword advertising, but that is not the point of this.

The trada team sent me a christmas present which included an awesome christmas stocking, homemade cookies, and a christmas card signed up by all the members of the team.   I was flat out impressed.

The present just re-enforces my mindset of always trying to go with the start up in the space if there is a viable option - the ability to deal with the founders as customer support is just amazing.  Not only that, I found start ups are incredibly open to feedback, and will usually build a feature if you have ask for it.
